Limited edition Suzuki Gsxr 750 R

Takahiko Kawaguchi was the styling designer for the 1989 limited edition Suzuki Gsxr 750 R, a race-ready version with numerous changes to the bodywork intended to improve its competitiveness under the superbike homologation rules. The Gsxr had
begun as a street bike that reflected race bike technology; the Gsxr 750 R had come full circle and was a race bike issued as a street bike to compete under the existing regulations.
